In the Red corner we have Geoff Hardy, Emmalene, Sidewood and Groom from The Adelaide Hills, whilst in the Blue corner we have Wangolina and Ottelia from the Limestone Coast. Both Regions are perfectly suited to growing Sauvignon Blanc due to their cooler climates. Each wine expresses different characteristics due to the vineyards geographical location, time of picking, wine making techniques and a variety of other factors.
