First Drop Mothers Milk Shiraz 2021
Dark cherry, blackberry and blueberry, kind of like a pie of those fruits, with a little spicy crust, and gentle tarry earthiness. It’s medium to full-bodied, plenty of juicy dark fruit, a little sage and savoury stuff, supple tannin, and a finish of good length. Vibrant and fruity. Easy to get into.

Seriously fun!
Not a sledgehammer style, this Barossa Shiraz is made for drinking! Soft, slurpy and textured it is balanced with good acidity, which refreshes the palate and makes you go back for a second / third glass. The wine is matured for 12 months in 3 and 4 year old French oak hogsheads. Drink up!
Match with Rump steak, mushroom sauce, chips and salad – say no more!
