Granny Smith were a bit tart, Fuji tended to be sweet and bland, Red Delicious was pretty good, but it turned out that a blend of mostly Pink Lady apples has a good flavour and natural balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLobo is the product of Michael Stafford and Warwick Billings, Michael’s family has been growing apples for generations and Warwick, the cider maker behind this exquisite range, is originally from Somerset, the cider capital of the UK.
