This beer is inspired by American Pale Ale/IPA traditions. As well as German “Marzen" (Springtime lagers). The resulting beer is full-flavoured and extremely balanced perfect for festivities in the Australian sunshine.

The emphasis is on hop flavour rather than bitterness which balances the dryer body and soft minerality. A blend of Australian and German malts that give a crisp finish with melanoidin malt characters that are nutty and biscuity.

A combination of Australian Cascade, Galaxy and Vic Secret hops add pineapple, citrus and mango notes with a neutral, clean yeast character to finish.
