PRODUCT VIOLET GIN

Pure, smooth Australian sugarcane spirit is distilled with traditional juniper & Australian native botanicals lemon myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, pepper berry, finger lime & wattle seed. Butterfly pea flowers are steeped in the liquid for 18 hours to bestow their natural blue tint. This is sensitive to pH & transforms to ultraviolet with added acidity such as tonic or lemon.

Riverland cara cara navels & blood oranges are harvested fresh for this distinctive gin. Balanced with

juniper, pepper berry, coriander, cinnamon myrtle,chamomile, & strawberry gum the botanicals are distributed across six botanical baskets & slow steeped in our sugarcane spirit for up to two days.
