Adelina Field Blend 2020
Fruit derived from a block originally planted in 1976 to Cabernet, on a lean grey sandy loam, with a bedrock sandstone base. We grafted this across in 2015 to a randomised block of Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro, Ugni blanc, Roussanne and Carignan.
NASAA certified organic vineyard.
Hand-picked, fruit is detemmed and mildly crushed, fermentation and maceration for 8 days before being pressed to neutral French oak. Maturation time 6 months before bottling.
