Cooke Brothers Savagnin 2021
This Cooke Brothers Savagnin is a nod to Savagnin made in the Jura Region of France. The grapes from Langhorne Creek were picked, crushed and destemmed on 20th February 2021. They were pressed to old oak barriques, underwent Full Malolactic Fermentation and spent 7 months in barrel. The resulting wine was bottles on 15th September 2021 with a total of 749 bottles being produced.
