The beautiful varietals the make up this wine are all grown in close proximity within the George's Folly vineyard. Carefully blended to allow the Sauvignon Gris (60%), Chardonnay (30%) and Roussanne (10%) to display their individual characteristics in harmony with each other, this is a surprisingly delightful year-round drink. Aromas of passionfruit, nettle and lemongrass bode well with the lovely flavour profile of citrus and melon. It has an elegant palate, vibrant, yet delicate, flavours and a dry, refreshing finish. This works well as a great aperitif or a wonderful accompaniment to seafood.
