This 2021 vintage Pinot Grigio is made from hand-harvested grapes that are sourced from three different and varying sites in the Adelaide Hills. This site selection contributes to the wine's delicious complexity. The nose is brimming with apple blossom and poached pear and the palate is crisp and vibrant with a distillation of apple skin, sliced pear and fine texture. The wine has a long and juicy tail. Enjoy with all white meats, pastas, all things vegetarian and your favourite seafood dishes. This Pinot Grigio will age well for 5 - 7 years.
