Vibrant raspberry, cherry and strawberry from the Pinot Noir greet your palate upfront. Followed by citrus and stone fruit form the Chardonnay which also offers length. Finishing fresh and dry with a hint of creaminess.
Winemaking: Estate grown in their Lobethal vineyard ‘Schoenthal’. Picked early from low yielding vines and at night to preserve fruit quality. 52% Pinot Noir, mixed clones; 777, 115 and 114. 48% Chardonnay. Cold fermented in stainless steel, full malolactic fermentation. Bottled quickly to retain freshness.
