Nebbiolo is a member of the La Prova ‘Uno’ collection of wines which reflect an exceptional union of grower, vineyard site and variety. Here being Mark and Peter Saturno, Macclesfield and Nebbiolo. 

Nebbiolo, historically grown in Piedmont, in the north of Italy, finds an ideal home in the Longview Vineyard in Macclesfield, a warm southern sub-region of the Adelaide Hills. Tea, roses, star anise, brambles and the trademark grippy, nervy Nebbiolo palate. 

Hand-picked, destemmed, wild ferment. Pressed after about two months on skins. Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan friendly. 81 dozen produced. Bottled Feb 2019.
