Moorak have a few new wines this year. — Pinot Meunier has become a favourite, not only to work with, but to drink for the Moorak team.

Single site, the fruit was destemmed and cold fermented. For balance, it was stored in a mix of stainless tank and seasoned oak.

As a variety it brings vibrancy, yet remains delicate and pretty. With a creamy texture and floral aromatics, it’s perfect chilled, for Summer.
