Complex yet approachable, it is drinking beautifully now.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSourced from a blend of estate-grown Biodynamic Chardonnay from Ngeringa’s prized Summit Vineyard and certified organic fruit from the Manyara vineyard in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills, the wine reflects both site and careful craftsmanship. The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, with minimal settling into French oak barriques and puncheons, thirty percent of which were new. Fermentation occurred naturally with wild yeast, followed by natural malolactic fermentation. The wine matured on lees for nine months without battonage before bottling with only a small addition of sulphur.
