Aroma: Cut lime, green pears, salt lick and savoury tropical fruit notes. Elderflower, white cheese and a touch of struck match.

Palate: Bright and zesty, cut lime drive blended with triple cream brie texture filling out the palate. Nuts, fresh nashi pear, sweet basil leaf continue the flavour journey, generous and mouthfilling.
