Hand picked from a plot planted in ‘11. The third iteration. Vinified wild in an open fermenter with zero additions. This shows great promise. So much so, that it is already gulpable in large drafts! Boasting cool-climate syrah-like florals, white pepper, iodine, chilli and a sappy verdant note, this feels barely mid weighted as it edges its way around the mouth. Balletic, even. Impeccably ripe.
