Scintilla 'Lou Glou' Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz 2020
A collaboration with Clo Wines, good friend of Scintilla’s Chris Loth. 50/50 Shiraz and Cabernet farmed by the formidable hands of Lou Freschi. Caberrnet was direct pressed and barrel fermented in an old demi muid, Shiraz was fermented whole bunch carbonic for 8 days without disturbance. A surprising light, bright juicy red. A new approach to a classic blend.
