The 2024 growing season started wet and cool, then finished warm and dry during ripening period. Grown in the high, cool central Adelaide Hills.  The three vineyards that we select fruit for this wine are in Ashton, Woodside and Lobethal.

Hand-picked, chilled overnight and whole-bunch-pressed the following day. This is where we get the savoury note to the bright, vibrant wine. Aromas of Nashi pears and apples, which are also found on the dry, crisp refreshing palate. Great intensity and liveliness. Vegan friendly.
