2020 Tempranillo - American River Vineyard - KI - single barrel.
Hand picked, fermented with indigenous yeast, 10% whole bunch in the mix, gentle treatment during ferment, plunged twice a day.
Pressed just before dry to aged french oak. Relaxed in barrel for 12 months and a further 3 months in tank. Unfined, unfiltered. As pure as the island itself.
