Made from 100% free run juice, these hand selected grapes from single vineyard old vines (80+ years) will cellar for years to come (if you can wait that long). Gently pressed and fermented slowly in controlled conditions with minimal winemaking intervention to maintain the beauty of the vineyard and fruit purity.

COLOUR: Pale Straw with the slightest hint of green hues

BOUQUET: Its alluring and subtle lemon blossom with bright acid and just enough minerally promise a masterpiece with years ahead of it.

PALATE: Fresh lemon & lime blossom complemented by bright all natural acid which opens up long honeysuckle and clean schist minerality. This wine shows a powerful underlying depth, finishing with a racy hint of fleshy texture and palate weight, showing confidently that she is Queen of our reserves.
