A bunch of rogue characters make up the team at this too cool for school distillery. Their goal has always been to produce world class products by using the highest quality ingredients and never cutting corners. They develop all of their products with use in the bar at the forefront and reverse engineer them to balance in classic formats whilst bringing unique character to the drinks.
Made by bartenders to make bartenders lives easier and to be logical and readily useable. This concept translates well for simplicity of use for general consumers and home bartenders alike.
David and Chris have brought a great team together with job titles such as Cocktail Cowboy, Street Jesus and Weapon of Gin Production. This is a team who together are doing great things for the South Australian spirit community.
