This wine is a deep red with a crimson hue. This is an elegant wine with lifted aromas of warm hot cross bun dough, spiced creamed butter and black fruited compote. Delicate red fruits lead with a coiled structure and seamless tannins. The finish is long and soft.

The Eastern Ranges Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from Cabernet Sauvignon vines, planted in 1997, at the Lodge Hill property. The Lodge Hill Vineyard is located on the Eastern Ranges of the Clare Valley and sits at an altitude of 480m above sea level providing fruit of great elegance and complexity. The wine displays the hallmark earthy characteristics of Clare Cabernet with elegant, fine tannins and vibrant purple fruit flavours.
