Colour- Light ruby red core with pink rim
Aroma - Red fruit, cranberry, cherry, 5 spice, eucalyptus, fresh forest floor, lightly wooded forest after a rain, cured meat, prosciutto, sweet jamon fat, hazelnut, potpourri, red liquorice, floral, esters, youthful, not overly ripe, ironbark bark from whole bunch, fresh bay leaf.
Palate - bursting, juicy, black pepper, fine tannin, raspberry strawberry, tree bark, persistent fine tannin, light body, acid allowing for some juiciness and texture, very fresh fruits, whole bunch gives some savoury elements and peppery spice without being dominant, lees contact evident but is sliced through with tight acid."
