An Austrian variety now thriving in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit for this wine was picked from a single vineyard in Kuitpo, Adelaide Hills. Cold soaked on skins for 2 days, basket pressed and fermented slowly before 6 months maturation on fluffy lees in older French oak.
