Yangarra Preservative Free Shiraz 2022
Sometimes less is more. Made from shiraz grown on the Yangarra certified organic and biodynamic estate vineyard and produced without additions of any kind. The PF Shiraz is fresh, fruit driven and medium bodied. A delicious wine to be enjoyed in its youth.
Picked, destemmed and selectively sorted to open fermenter. Wild fermentation, 12 days on skins and pressed to tank. Maturation for 5 months in stainless steel. No additions were used throughout entire production. Bottled October 2022.
