From a cooler vintage than average, fruit was handpicked, then whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel tank, no malolactic undertaken. Tirage was done in November 2017, and its first release has
aged patiently on lees for a minimum of 65 months prior to release.

Aromas of Ginger, brioche, and almonds on the nose. Flavours of grapefruit, green apples and almond praline, and hints of vermouth botanicals. Great nerve, and effervescence, and creamy mouthfeel.

Dedicated to Jose Luis Moran, the elegant style of Mordrelle wines reflects the master brushstrokes of his canvases adopted on their labels.
