Scott and Tammie Matthews are the duo behind this wine, Niccolò is a boutique wine that is produced with love and passion. It is the result of their desire to produce something truly unique and hand crafted.

Their hard working and determined vines, growing through rocky soils, surviving drought, native animals and defying gravity on the steep slopes of Mount George all in their quest to give the best Prosecco they can.

​The fruit is then carefully harvested by hand, and delivered to the winery before the wine making process begins.

They suggest enjoying Niccolo with Sunday brunch; blended with aperol for the perfect summer cocktail; make the classic Bellini cocktail; or simply drink 'neat' as it was always intended. Whichever way you choose, they hope you enjoy Niccolo.
