T.I.N.A Drinks is a labor of love created by cousins Christina Trabucco and Imogen Hayes. With over a decade of experience, Christina has immersed herself in the world of tea and coffee, opening her first coffee shop in 2013 and later owning Assembly, a coffee and tea retailer in Carlton. She is passionate about building relationships with producers and cherishing the rituals surrounding quality beverages.

Imogen, with her background in the Australian wine industry, has focused on bringing premium wines to markets in Asia and the US. Her travels, including a tea-buying trip to Taiwan with Christina in 2018, fueled her love for diverse flavors.

After two years of development, T.I.N.A was officially launched in 2021, combining their expertise and unique perspectives. All ingredients are thoughtfully sourced, with recipes and experiments crafted in-house. T.I.N.A aims to defy categorization, celebrating uniqueness and the endless possibilities of beverage experimentation.
