Grace Under Pressure

David muster has a Barossa heritage and a career spanning more than 30 years in the wine industry, in both domestic and international markets. This has provided David a depth and breadth of knowledge, experience and relationships across numerous channels within the wine industry.

​David has worked for companies such as Seppeltsfield, Samuel Smith and Sons, Petaluma, Argyle (USA) and Kilikanoon, before starting Muster Wine Co. in 2007.

When the he and his family were working on a new project, it was decided their new sparkling wine deserved a name of its own. Great Sparkling wines come from cool climates which is why Grace Under Pressure Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay, all sourced from a single site in the Mt Gambier sub region of the Limestone Coast, home to the coldest maritime vineyards in mainland Australia.

The result is a high quality, sparkling wine with a delicate and balanced bouquet of lemon, white flowers and green apple. The palate holds poise and is enlightened with crisp notes of fresh apple and citrus blossom. All encapsulated by a tingly yet precise and long finish.
