Louis And Pax came to life In 2016 as a passion project between two mates. The main focus is to showcase Northern Barossa Shiraz and crafting unique wines of quality and character. James has the privilege to source the majority of fruit from the famed Hoffmann Dimchurch Vineyards In the sub-region of Ebenezer. This combined with an unwavering obsession he Looks forward to producing wine that respects the particulars of people, place and season.

James produces his stellar Shiraz and Grenache for his micro winery just out of the Adelaide CBD.
