Prohibition Gin

With the introduction of Prohibition in 1920, a shadowy, unbderground industry sprang into existence. Its aim? To give the people what they wanted most. Gin was the liquor of choice.  Produced by clandestine bootleg spirit makers. One hundred years later, their spirit lives on at the Prohibition Liquor Co.

But while their small batch craftsmanship may echo that of the bootleggers, their artisan philosophy and obsession with only the world's finest botanicals result in an altogether more sophisticated and premium end result.

As a true city cellar door for spirits, their tasting room, located in the heart of Adelaide CBD caters to masterclass groups, tourists or just a casual drop in for a G&T or tasting flight with a friend.

Their beautiful copper pot still 'Mary' is making gin most day of the week and is the only one of its kind in the Adelaide CBD. It's well worth a visit any time you're in the city.
