A brief introduction of Zitta Wines: Zitta, the Italian word for “quiet”, is dedicated to the art of traditional, old world-style wine making - using natural techniques with minimal inputs and plenty of time to produce wines with natural flavours and structure, just as they’ve been made by artisans of the past. The skills and knowledge in the art of traditional wine making have been handed down through our family from generation to generation. These effective techniques have stood the test of time, as they’re underpinned by the simple truth that good wines are made in the vineyard and cared for in the winery.
