Kimbolton Wines
Kimbolton Wines is proudly run by siblings Nicole Clark and Brad Case, 5th generation vignerons and descendants of Frank Potts, founder of the Langhorne Creek wine region. The original Kimbolton Vineyard was purchased by Frank Potts II in 1911 on the rich Langhorne Creek floodplain, and what began as just five hectares has grown to nearly 57 hectares across two sites — the historic floodplain vineyard and the cooler Montrose vineyard near Lake Alexandrina. Today, Nicole and Brad continue the family legacy with a vibrant range of wines that highlight the character of the region, including Fiano, Chardonnay, Montepulciano and Carignan.
Join us for a Splash & Dash tasting with Nicole from Kimbolton Wines on Saturday 28th March from 4–6pm. Drop in, meet the winemaker and discover the stories behind this historic family winery while tasting a selection of their standout wines from Langhorne Creek. 🍷

Altina Non Alcoholic Kakadu Plum Rosé
Altina Non-Alcoholic Kakadu Plum Rosé is a beautifully crafted expression of modern Australian winemaking without the alcohol. This perfect Rosé blend combines premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz with native Australian Kakadu Plum, creating a vibrant and sophisticated pour. A refreshing bouquet of just-ripe strawberry and delicate pink rose aromas rises from the glass, leading into a crisp, dry finish layered with a gentle hint of spice. The result is a bright, textural Rosé that feels both familiar and intriguingly new.
Altina gently removes the alcohol from premium Australian wine before blending it with health-giving botanicals, delivering a complex and delicious non-alcoholic Rosé experience. Each sip reveals nuanced layers of flavour that build in complexity as you drink, combining the ritual and theatre of wine with the discovery of unique native ingredients. Serve well chilled in a flute, champagne saucer or white wine glass to elevate the occasion.
