Ministry Of Clouds

Ministry of Clouds

Ministry of Clouds is the vision of Bernice Ong and Julian Forwood, a McLaren Vale–based winery driven by a deep respect for site and a desire to express it with clarity and honesty. Drawn to the region’s maritime influence, Mediterranean climate, and complex geology, they focus on sourcing from exceptional vineyard sites—including their own estate “The Chase,” perched above the Onkaparinga Gorge—alongside some of the Vale’s oldest and most characterful vines.

Their wines reflect a thoughtful, detail-driven approach—balancing flavour, texture, and restraint to create elegant, mid-weight styles that speak of place and season. With a focus on varieties like Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro from cooler subregions such as Blewitt Springs, Clarendon, and Seaview, Ministry of Clouds captures both the energy and finesse of McLaren Vale in every bottle.

Join us at Regions Cellars for a special Splash & Dash Wine Tasting with Ministry of Clouds on Saturday 18th April from 4pm–6pm—an opportunity to experience these expressive, site-driven wines firsthand.

Altina Non Alcoholic Kakadu Plum Rose

Altina Non Alcoholic Kakadu Plum Rosé

Altina Non-Alcoholic Kakadu Plum Rosé is a beautifully crafted expression of modern Australian winemaking without the alcohol. This perfect Rosé blend combines premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz with native Australian Kakadu Plum, creating a vibrant and sophisticated pour. A refreshing bouquet of just-ripe strawberry and delicate pink rose aromas rises from the glass, leading into a crisp, dry finish layered with a gentle hint of spice. The result is a bright, textural Rosé that feels both familiar and intriguingly new.

Altina gently removes the alcohol from premium Australian wine before blending it with health-giving botanicals, delivering a complex and delicious non-alcoholic Rosé experience. Each sip reveals nuanced layers of flavour that build in complexity as you drink, combining the ritual and theatre of wine with the discovery of unique native ingredients. Serve well chilled in a flute, champagne saucer or white wine glass to elevate the occasion.
