Freight

All orders are sent via insured Courier or Australia Post. We aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible. 

Occasionally orders may be delayed over promotional periods and if additionally stock is required to be fulfil an order. These delays are usually no more than 1-2 business days.

Click & Collect

Regions Cellars offers Click & Collect. Simply select “Pick Up” during the check out process. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Your collection will be from 65B Dulwich Avenue, Dulwich during our normal trading hours. When collecting your order please provide Photo ID, the credit card that was used to make your purchase, and your order number.

Regions Cellars offers Free Delivery in Metropolitan Adelaide. To receive this complimentary delivery the order must exceed $49.

National Delivery

Regions Cellars offers Free Freight nationally for orders exceeding $149. Orders under this threshold will attract a $9.95 freight charge. All orders are sent via Australia Post or Courier and tracking details are provided once dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement, excluding weekends or public holidays.

Country Surcharge - Orders to a country location will be charged a surcharge of $9.95 per delivery to cover additional freight costs. This will be shown at checkout and free freight does not apply.

Remote Surcharge - Orders to a remote location will be charged a surcharge of $19.95 per delivery to cover additional freight costs. This will be shown at checkout and free freight does not apply.

Hot Weather Policy

During periods of hot weather, we will at our discretion delay sending an order if the temperature is deemed to be too warm for a prolonged period. If a delay is required we will advise accordingly via email. While every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery without compromising the condition of your item, Region’s does not cover or accept any responsibility for heat damage as a result of shipping.

Signature on Delivery

When receiving your order a signature and ID will be required as proof of delivery from the delivery driver. If you provide an Authority To Leave (ATL) the package will be left in a safe place that you can nominate in the notes section of your order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL Express Door to Door. Customers are responsible or all customs duties and clearance charges from their home country. We currently only offer our "Straight 6 Pack" range for international delivery. If you are interested in any other products please contact us at info@regionscellars.com.au for a quote.

All orders are fully insured with tracking provided.

United States 

Due to the complex nature of Alcohol Delivery to the United States deliveries are sent once month. Deliveries are consolidated into a single delivery into the United States. Once cleared by Customs the deliveries are individually sent via climate controlled courier. Tracking is provided throughout the delivery process. 

Due to State Laws we can not deliver to: Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah

Corporate Discounting

At Regions Cellars, we provide discounted purchasing opportunities for our corporate clients through negotiated rates and minimum order requirements. To qualify for these corporate discounts, all orders must be shipped to a company office address rather than a residential address. Please note that corporate discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
