This 2023 Riesling was sourced from Seppeltsfield plantings in the Watervale sub-region of the Clare Valley, including 93 year old vines of the renowned Geisenheim clone. The iconic ‘Carlsfield’ vineyard is located less than 1km east of the township of Watervale. 

COLOUR: Youthful, pale straw with lime green hue.
AROMA: Lifted notes of freshly cut lemons and lime with jasmine blossom florals.
PALATE: Pure, youthful and fresh, the palate is defined by mineral acidity textural mouthfeel and a talcy persistence.
