Nicole and Derek envisioned a world class location to connect guests with the best produce that the Yorke Peninsula has to offer. Their vision came to fruition and The Bond Store at Wallaroo opened in December 2019, after  the rejuvenation of 150 year old bonded warehouse, “Eland’s Bonded Store”, turning it into a stunning destination that it is today!

This passionate couple have certainly created a wonderful destination with a micro brewery and distillery on site - 
Using local grain, the backbone of the Yorke Peninsula, their brewer, Luke, has passionately crafted multi-award winning beers. We have picked our favourites to present here at Regions.

The guys have named their custom Still, Ginger, and will catch your eye during a visit. Their head distiller Nicole blends a unique selection of botanicals to make their award winning range of gins and liqueurs. We love their Cold Brew Coffee Liquer and gins.
