Cut Hill Distillery’s 40-acre property is situated in the picturesque Hindmarsh Valley.
The team also produce Lost Phoenix spirits. The range can be described as a freedom of expression for the production team. It allows experimentation in the distillery, the opportunity to try different things, collaborate with others, and to express ourselves through the products.
