In the thick of the 2021 vintage, they found themselves harvesting far beyond expectations, with high-quality fruit at risk of being left to waste due to rigid contracts. Refusing to let good grapes go unused, the duo sprang into action—juggling calls, coordinating trucks, and scribbling notes on harvester windows to move the fruit across South Australia. What began as a favour for mates turned into something bigger: a wine label forged from camaraderie, hustle, and deep respect for the vineyards they help bring to life.
