Elderslie is the collaboration of two minds - Adam Wadewitz (Currant chief winemaker for Shaw + Smith) and Nicole Roberts (who is the executive officer of the Adelaide Hills Wine Region) who are both chasing the common goal of picking fruit from remarkable sites and creating remarkable wines. As it is said, one cannot make good wine from bad fruit.

The two are driven by both creativity and curiosity and they aim to tread lightly while working on making delicious wines that they believe reflects the unique sites and seasons of the climatically and viticulturally diverse Adelaide Hills

Currently Elderslie Wines have a Pinot Blanc, Gamay and Nebbiolo. Elderslie wines present the epitome of class and show what amazing wines they may create in the future.
