Pinot Gris from Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills. Coming from the steep northern slope of the Lenswood Rise Vineyard, the Pinot Gris is picked at optimal ripeness and is split into three different ferments, some on skins and some with whole bunch. This is wildly aromatic with distinct florals, bright stone fruit and citrus. 

Emmalene vineyards are all grown and owned by the Bartsch family in the Adelaide Hills from one of four sites; Echunga, Lenswood, Lobethal and Forreston. All vineyards are farmed with sustainability front of mind. The vineyards are carbon neutral utilising solar, organic compost, permanent cover crops and winter grazing to minimise their impact on the environment from which they grow. The wines are made naturally with minimal additions and filtration.

All Emmalene vineyards are certified by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and all of the wines are vegan friendly.
