Brother Nature is inspired by the traditional field blends (Gemischter Satz wines) of Vienna. This wine is a true Field Blend, with 12 different white grape varieties interplanted within a single vineyard block at Hahndorf Hill. The development of this multicultural block took seven years, with the first vintage released in 2022. The close proximity of these varieties allows them to influence one another, harmonising their development and ripening cycles. As a result, the wine does not focus on any single grape variety, but instead expresses the unique terroir of the vineyard.

Brother Nature features 12 varieties, including all the classic white grapes commonly found in Austrian field blends — such as Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Traminer (Savagnin), and Muscat Blanc — as well as other intriguing additions like Hárslevelű, Chenin Blanc, and Muscadelle.

The wine offers a perfumed nose of pear skin, custard apple, and lime peel. On the palate, it is delicately vibrant, showing notes of apple, lime, and a hint of lychee, all carried by a shimmering core of natural acidity and a long, juicy finish. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, crab, pork, spicy Indian cuisine, raw and cured fish, creamy sauces, and Southeast Asian-style salads
