Made from a blend of rare Germanic grape, Trollinger, plus other Adelaide Hills red fruit.

Made in the typical French Provencal style, it features a strikingly pale, watermelon juice colour, with a succulent nose of apple skin and crushed red berries, that gets you salivating even before you sip! The palate is super vibrant with a tumble of crushed red fruits and an explosion of juicy, natural acidity. The long tail is deliciously dry with a delicate rub of texture.

Perfectly matched to freshly shucked oysters and all your favourite seafoods, and sensational with spicy South East Asian cuisine.
This is a rosé that will age well for between 5 - 7 years.
