Mei Lin Ford and Tim Gilchrist met accidentally at a party held by a mutual friend. When Mei Lin told the group she wanted to learn about distilling and start her own business, Tim chimed in and said he was interested also. A meeting of Happenstance.
Neither had any specific distilling experience and they both enrolled in a distilling course at Adelaide University once they knew that they were serious about this venture. They watched you Tube videos and started practicing,
