Showcasing South Australia

As avid “ginthusiasts”, Greg Nunan and Marcelle McEwan wanted to add to South Australia's reputation within the gin industry by creating an SA-centric gin that showcases South Australian botanicals from all over the state.
Heaps Good Gin is distilled and produced at Prohibition Liquor’s Adelaide CBD distillery. Prohibition are renowned for producing sophisticated, flavoursome gins and have won many awards in recognition of their work.
After many months of recipe development with world-class Head Distiller Hugh Lumsden, Greg and Marcelle are absolutely certain you’ll be delighted with the flavour profile of Heaps Good Gin!

Heaps Good Gin is a classic citrus-forward gin courtesy of Riverland Orange and Mypolonga Finger Lime, balanced with the savoury notes of Native Saltbush, and a hint of zing from locally foraged Pink Pepper. Botanicals have also been sourced from areas surrounding Mount Gambier, Mundoora and the Adelaide Hills. 

As for the name, the guys just couldn’t go past the expression “Heaps Good” because South Australia is infused right through this gin – everything from South Australian botanicals to using local designers, printers, packagers and Adelaide small businesses. Heaps Good Gin truly is South Australia in a bottle and it doesn’t get much more South Aussie than the saying “Heaps Good”.
