Even Il Cattivo happily shows off his feminine side now and again. Beautifully aromatic, think fairy floss, turkish delight and cranberries. The palate is bone dry but has great fruit weight and length. Grapes are carefully sourced from in and around Mclaren Vale where Il Cattivo was inspired by the tramonto bellissimo, ‘beautiful sunsets’ reminding him of his homeland. Expect a little blush of colour.
