Grown in the ancient soils of the K1 Vineyard in the cool southern Adelaide Hills, this Grüner Veltliner bridges Austrian tradition with modern Australian clarity and vibrancy.

Vintage:
2024 saw a wet spring following a dry winter, leading to poor flowering and very low yields. However, cool, dry conditions leading up to harvest produced exceptional flavour concentration—comparable to the outstanding 2002 vintage.

Nose:
Aromatic with jasmine, mandarin, pear, citrus blossom, white stone fruit, grapefruit, celery, and subtle pepper.

Palate:
Citrus and mandarin flavours with savoury spice and hints of celery seed. Bright acidity and a textured mouthfeel, enhanced by 20% skin contact.

Pairing:
Best enjoyed with Vietnamese-style salad and lemongrass chicken or pork.

Drink now or cellar until 2032.
