Limus
Limus Wines are the creation of Dr. Kyatt Dixon from Mount Gambier, South Australia.

Limus means "seaweed” in Bislama, the official language of Vanuatu, where Kyatt spent a lot of his time studying. Kyatt learnt alot of his skills in the Basket Range area of The Adelaide Hills.

Kyatt and his partner Anna organically farm Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay and Riesling, along with an heirloom apple and quince orchard. They also source a small amount of fruit from other organic and biodynamic growers in the region. Their production is small, from just 6 hectares, which they make into a handful of wines. Kyatt's approach is organic farming, hand harvesting, wild fermentation, no adjustments, no fining, no filtration, and no additions (no sulphur). His wines are well-made, meticulous, detailed and delicious.
