The 2021 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay was crafted by winemaker Alister McMichael from a single vineyard in the cool, high-altitude Adelaide Hills. The 2021 season was exceptional, with mild conditions allowing for even ripening and excellent fruit quality. Grapes were hand-harvested in the cool of the morning and gently pressed, using only free-run juice to maintain purity and finesse. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation and remained unsulfured until bottling, resulting in a clean, expressive style.

Pale silver-gold in colour, the 2021 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay offers bright aromas of chamomile, crème brûlée, and marzipan. The palate is fresh and layered with lemon curd, citrus zest, and a creamy finish accented by subtle brioche undertones.
