Oxbow
Sam Scott has made his name in the Australian wine industry, working with some well known characters in the biz. While he is now known for his Adelaide Hills label La Prova which he started in 2008, he has this cheeky little side label - Oxbow.
Oxbow is Sam's opportunity to push things in a different direction. He plays with the ferment times and skin contact variation. As well as using different blends. He picks fruit from vineyards he thinks suit the varieties best.
