Riesling is our single focus. So naturally our undivided attention goes into making a Riesling that’s simply delicious. Every bottle captures the purity of our single site vineyard in Eden Valley where nature is left undisturbed to do its thing. It’s no wonder we consistently deliver high quality award-winning Riesling.

Louisa Rose, multi-award winning winemaker, wine judge and a cool climate enthusiast, has been making Pewsey Vale Vineyard wines since 1996. She is a firm believer in the philosophy that 'wine is made in the vineyard'.

“Often winemakers have to blend across different vineyards to make complete and balanced wines, but this is not the case with Pewsey Vale. The relationship between Riesling and the unique, undulating site along with single varietal dedication, provides depth, diversity and dimension.”

With an altitude varying between 485 and 500 metres, Pewsey Vale Vineyard sits 250 metres above the Barossa Valley floor. This means cooler temperatures and a long ripening period that extends well into autumn, perfect for the characteristic Rieslings we know and love.
