Purgatorio is an Italian twist on Uraidla Brewing’s beloved Purgatory Pilsner. A traditional dry hop addition of Tettnanger and Saaz provides a lively aromatic profile of herbs and fresh lemon peel that latches onto the palate. The noble hop character is balanced with just enough malt complexity and is fermented long and cold with Diamond lager yeast for a clean drinking experience. Although this beer is woven with delicate nuances, it is still best enjoyed ice cold in the sun, with a hot pizza by its side.
